Which elements of PRINCE2 methodology do you find most practical and valuable when managing projects, and which ones are harder to apply?
From the Advised Skills PRINCE2 certification Foundation course, what has been most useful in practice are the defined processes (initiation, stage boundaries, closing) and the principle of ‘management by exception’—they allow me to implement clear escalation paths and control points without micromanaging. What has been harder is tailoring some themes in very small teams where not all roles are clearly separate.
